Calling Survey Results G

Calling scale sum: 8-10
Living calling scale sum: 25-30

You generally have a clear understanding of your calling. Around 21% of working adults feel this way and around 14% of college students feel this way. Also, you are generally able to live it out to the fullest. You may be what we like to call a “paragon of calling.” For you, the biggest challenge will be growing, sustaining, and evolving your calling over time and continuing to reap the rewards. To ward off the danger of complacency with your calling, accept that your calling will change over time and develop an attitude of exploration as opposed to entrenchment. Try new activities, challenge yourself at work with more challenging or ambitious tasks, or think bigger in terms of how you might use your calling to help others. Your calling will likely change and evolve over time; the key is to expect this, and to grow and evolve with it.  And don’t forget to tell us your story!  Just go to our Share Your Story page where we ask paragons of calling like you to share stories about their experiences living out their calling.
